Meet Pattie J. Nolan, BA, JD, Mediator
After managing my own private practice as an attorney in Montgomery County, Texas and surrounding counties for over 12 years, I felt called to become a trained mediator. So, in 2016, I became certified as a general and family mediator. I immediately began using my skills as a mediator, performing many successful mediations in areas of law such as family, personal property, and real estate law, focusing my attention on dispute resolution. To give back to the community, I volunteered my services as a mediator with a non-profit dispute resolution provider. With every mediation I have conducted over the last six years, my love for mediation has grown. The sense of accomplishment I feel helping others achieve a resolution that seemed to be impossible to achieve holds a personal reward for me that equals no other.
As a litigation attorney and a trained mediator, I have been on all sides of the table during the mediation process over the years. This has afforded me the benefit of being able to use innovative thought to craft resolutions that lead to mediation success. I am truly committed to working hard at resolving disputes using new and innovative thinking and good old fashion values to hand-tailor a resolution to meet each party’s individual needs.
In 2020, I moved my practice to Weatherford, Texas and, since that time, have focused my attention in the areas of probate and real estate law. Having gained substantial experience in these areas over the past two years has afforded me the knowledge and skills necessary to be able to conduct successful mediations involving probate and real estate disputes.
I look forward to working hard for YOU!
